CandidatesIs a candidate account free?
Yes. Candidate accounts and aviation profiles are free unless Pilotbooker clearly introduces an optional paid service later.
CandidatesWho can see my licence number and documents?
They are not public. Access is limited to authorized account and application workflows controlled by the secure plugin.
ApplicationsCan I track my application?
Yes. Applications created through an enabled workflow appear in My Applications with their current stored status.
EmployersWhen can an employer view candidate details?
Only after the employer passes the required verification and has an authorized relationship to the application or candidate-search result.
SafetyShould I pay an employer or recruiter for a job?
No. Treat payment requests for a job, visa or uniform as a warning sign and report the listing.
AccountHow do I update my aviation details?
Open My Aviation Profile. Sensitive fields are encrypted before storage when authenticated encryption is available.
